1- How do I get a horse consigned to your sale?

Call or email us with the details on your potential consignment. Once approved- you will either be added to the prospect list for the upcoming sale or sent a consignment email with the link for the form and details regarding the upcoming sale.

2- What photos are needed for the sale?

One side profile is the minimum requirement for the sale. However, this is an online sale so it does help to have both side profiles on your horse to give the buyers the opportunity to view your horse as they would if they went and looked at it. Leg photos are also required. These are front and back leg photos. Make sure to take them on a hard surface, stand the horse up square, and tie the horse tail out of the way so the buyers have a good view of your horse's legs. It is important to get a photo that has the full view of the legs.

Helpful Tip: keep in mind that if your horse has a brand it is also good to have the side that has the brand in the photo, or make note of it on your consignment form so that it can be noted in the sale notes.

Helpful Tip: Professional photos make a difference. The first impression a buyer gets online is with the photos.

3- Is a video required for the sale?

It is always a good idea to have a video of your horse especially for yearlings and older horses.
If you submit a video please submit it to us as a youtube link. In addition, We would love to have any unedited/raw video that is in reel/vertical format to use for social media posts. Sending unedited video allows our marketing team to get the length, format, and style of reels to keep continuity on all the social media platforms.
Helpful Tip: The more content that we have in an earlier time frame the more options we have to market your horse.

4- What are the requirements for x-rays?

The sale has a minimum requirement of 18 views for 2 yr old and older horses, and 20 views for yearlings(July of yearling year) and older. Weanlings are not required to have x-rays. This is the sales minimum requirements and you will see some horses with more x-rays that the seller has chosen to provide in addition to these requirements.

Helpful Tip: The full list of x-rays is located on the consignor page of the website and on the checklist that you receive in your consignment email.

NOTE: starting in 2026 x rays can be dated within 60 days of the sale. Make sure that whoever takes the horse to the vet or is at the barn has the horse's registered name and spelling as this needs to be on the x-rays NOT the barn name.

5- What health requirements are required in addition to x-rays?

A current coggins that is within 6 months of the sale date is required, and a general vet statement within 45 days of the sale. The vet statement is also attached to the consignment email that you will receive as well as linked on the consignor page of the website for your convenience.
Helpful Tip: Make sure and double check that the vet has marked everything correctly on the vet statement.
